1. We are happy to exchange any unworn item returned in its original packaging, in a saleable condition, with the receipt provided, and claimed within 7 days of delivery.
2. You can return the item to the provided address after receiving confirmation from a brand representative.
3. Products must be returned in new condition with the pricing label intact.
4. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
5. Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor settings. Products are not eligible for exchange due to these reasons.
6. Exchanges for another item are applicable, and any additional cost on top of the item must be covered by the customer.
7. We do not offer courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back unless requested by our representative.
8. Stitched items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
International Orders
1. An order cannot be canceled once it's in process. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, 50% of the order amount will be deducted as a processing fee.
2. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any international orders.
3. In case of receiving a defective or damaged item, a replacement will be sent after investigating the claim. The customer should notify us within 7 days of delivery.
4. There is no refund or exchange for a change of mind.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
